Hi,
I am using Circos and trying to make tile 2dplot. My ideogram is mm10. Everytime I execute the job I can just visualise ideogram with no 2D plot.
There is likely a format/naming problem with the data provided for the “2D Data Tracks” input.
The tutorial here provides many examples with sample data, and should help to find the problem: Visualisation with Circos
The Circos tool form also has some tips:
