Hi,
I am trying to traslate wiggle file in bigwig files but it doesn’t work.
An error occur:
line 701577 of stdin: chromosome chr2 has 181748087 bases, but item ends at 181748225
line 1323735 of stdin: chromosome chr4 has 155630120 bases, but item ends at 155630325
line 1615095 of stdin: chromosome chr7 has 152524553 bases, but item ends at 1525
Should I filter some information (tool filter and select), I tried but it still doesn’t work.
