miRBase/RNAseq/EGSEA

Hi guys,

I wanna use the EGSEA for pathway analysis. I have the count files and the identifier type is miRBase ID. I need to convert the miRBase identifier type to entrez ID in order to use EGSEA. I tried ‘annotate my IDs’ but it gave an error saying,

"None of the keys entered are valid keys for ‘ENSEMBL’. Please use the keys method to see a listing of valid arguments."

which I assume is because I’m giving the wrong identifier type(keytype), but they don’t have anything specific for miRNAs. Is there any other way to do the conversion?

Hoping you could help. Please find the sample of my count file.

|hsa-miR-451a|1025080|
|hsa-miR-486-5p|902650|
|hsa-mir-486-1|767993.5|

Thank you.

Best,
Vinisha
