As title sums up, I am using the Diamond alignment tool for short sequences against a protein database (Galaxy Version 2.0.15+galaxy0) and there are no reference databases available. Can the Uniprot Swissprot database be added?

Please find SwissProt indexed for Diamond at the UseGalaxy.eu server. The other usegalaxy.* servers will have more indexes available around the end of the year.
