Not able to filter out my edgeR gene results when I put filter on column 6 for FDR<0.05 .It shows no results and al the values in the FDR column are greater than 0.3.Is there a problem with the parameters I had set for edgeR?

We got 28,000 genes from edgeR but after using the filter tool on galaxy.org setting c6<0.05 it gives a blanks file.How can no gene be significant.
