These genomes can be used as custom reference genomes (fasta) files from the history. If you need a “database” metadata key, promote each fasta to a custom build with a unique name.
At the very start of an analysis project, the best practise is to prepare each genome fasta in a standardized format along with the correctly paired and formatted reference annotation (if you plan to incorporate that kind of data).
