Reference geneome

Hi,

I am trying to analyse the RNA seq Data of Almond using the de novo assembly protocol. However, the protocol asks for referenc genome in several steps. I can’t find my reference genome of interest i.e almond geneome in the Galaxy referece genomes list. Please add this genome in the Galaxy list of genomes.

Please load the fasta and use it as a custom reference genome/build.
