Hello, my fellow science lovers,
I am trying to determine the occurrence of a specific tRNA anticodon in a specific gene across the genome of Arabidopsis thaliana. Is there any workflow or tool which will help me to understand the use of a specific tRNA anticodon for the whole gene to understand how important is the availability of that tRNA for the proper functioning of the protein or gene.
