SPAdes has run out of memory, this is probably due to a recent backend change - we are now running a few tools, including SPAdes, on a different cluster from what it was previously, and this cluster has slightly less memory. I’ll work on this and let you know when it should be working.
Hi, sorry for the wait. There was a bug in the way that SPAdes was running that prevented it from properly using the amount of memory allocated for the job. This has been corrected and you should be able to successfully run it now. Please give it a try and let us know if it’s still not working for you.
