I go to “get data” and then “ Download and Extract Reads in FASTA/Q** format from NCBI SRA”. I then select input type SRA accession, and use accession number SRR643156 and then execute. I get the error “The server could not complete this request. Please verify your parameter settings, retry submission and contact the Galaxy Team if this error persists. A transcript of the submitted data is shown below. {}”. Can someone help me import my data? It’s for an online course through coursera, this is the data they say I have to work with, and I can’t contact anyone through the course for help. Thanks.
Thanks for reporting the problem. NCBI can get busy, with this type of error resulting. I’m running a test with that exact accession right now at UseGalaxy.org across the different NCBI fastq get data tools, and the queries are still running and likely would have failed by now if were going to.
Please try again if you have not already. I’ll write back with an update.
