when I run the go enrichment test with my interproscan ID and Go terms it told that “Dataset appears to contain binary data, cannot display” So what should I do?
This can happen when a dataset has the wrong datatype assigned, however strange headers or other formatting problems are also possible.
If this data was created in Galaxy, then it should already have the correct datatype format assigned by default. However, if this was data you Uploaded, it might be mismatched for several reasons. Loading data using all defaults so that Galaxy “guesses” with the autodetect function might be enough. Getting Data into Galaxy
GOEnrichment expects tabular and other formats in plain text, not compressed. It might be able to convert csv to tsv/tabular format for you, but you can also do this file conversion yourself (pencil icon). Any uploaded data should also have the correct datatypes assigned.
Hope this helps, and if you would like more help, you are welcome to share the history with the problematic run. How to do this is in the banner of this forum, also here → How to get faster help with your question.
