Help adding additional reference genome?

Hi, I am wanting to add the updated Ovis aries Reference Genome ( ARS-UI_Ramb_v2.0).

I have downloaded the file from NCBI to try to add it myself but it won’t recognize the file.

Is it possible to have a reference genome added for this species?
