I want to align Zebrafish RNA seq data using HISAT2 in https://usegalaxy.org/. However, in the dropdown list of reference genomes, I am not able to find the Zebrafish genome. Could you please add it?

since this genome is not currently available on the usegalaxy.org server, one option is to manually upload it to the Galaxy server: Zebrafish reference genome. Another option is to use the usegalaxy.eu server, where this reference genome is available.
