Hi there, I’m not sure if this is something that can be solved from the Galaxy end, but I’m not sure what to do.
When I click the ‘View’ link to display my .bed file in IGB, the new tab that pops up is a ‘Server not found’ page. I don’t have any internet issues and I tried disabling my firewall, to no avail.
Something I noticed is the link that is automatically accessed from clicking ‘View’: https://www.bioviz.orggalaxy.html/?version=hg18&…
Does that seem right? I’m curious if the web address is incorrect. I’m not a computer whiz by any means, but I would expect a forward slash after the .org for any web address.
Is there another way that I can view my data in IGB directly from Galaxy?
