hello, i would like learning DNA Methylation data analysis and was following the pipeline in the seccion galaxy trainning. However, whe i decided to apply my ownn data (from gllycine max) one of the top osf that pipeline need for build a database for my ref genome. It happens that even when i follow the procedures, that is, going to “pencil icon” and try change database/build, there no glycine max option there. there are a couple of genome, but for my specie has any. What can i do? please, give me a little help in it .
