This tool is not available at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org (yet).

For now, try using Galaxy EU https://usegalaxy.eu instead.

The larger plan is to synch up more tools between all of the usegalaxy.* servers, but that is still a work in progress. I made a separate request to get this tool added sooner (ticket). The updates and tool additions will not be immediate, so do not wait for it to complete. Do at least this part of the analysis at the EU server for now.

It sounds like you are following a Transcriptomics GTN tutorial. Not all are supported at each public Galaxy server. How to find out which servers support any particular tutorial is explained here:

Where you can run each is noted per tutorial – click on the Galaxy instances gear icon to review the Public Galaxy server choices. If a tutorial is supported by a pre-configured Galaxy Docker training image, instructions for how to get it will be listed below the tutorial listings, per category.
