Unable to get results in DESeq2

Hello.
After running DESeq2 on 2 of my samples, one control other treated, I am unable to get output for the same.
“error
An error occurred with this dataset”

My workflow includes FASTQC>Trimmomatic>HISAT2>Stringtie>DESeq2.

Could anyone please guide me on what could be going wrong?

Can you share your history? It is not clear, what the problem might be. Your input data is potentially not in the right format.
