Hi, I am trying to use Apollo in Galaxy. Does anyone know how to upload and manage a preliminary annotation in Apollo here?

Hi @Luciano_K_Silva, the apollo integration is quite new. We are currently working on the requisite training material. If you’re looking to get started, you need to produce a JBrowse instance in Galaxy with your genome, and then you can use the Create or update organism tool to send that data to apollo.
