I only found the mitochondrial genome sequenced/published at NCBI: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/7022
Is there another source or did I miss the full genome at NCBI? We can consider it but prefer to index public genomes. We do not index transcriptomes at this time at Galaxy Main (https://usegalaxy.org):
