DESeq2 Error Message troubleshooting

Hi,

I am running the function DESeq2 in Galaxy but I keep getting the following error:

primary factor: KIXvXWT --------------------- Warning message: In Sys.setlocale(“LC_MESSAGES”, “en_US.UTF-8”) : OS reports request to set locale to “en_US.UTF-8” cannot be honored Error in read.table(file = file, header = header, sep = sep, quote = q

Any help as to why I keep getting this?

The tool is having trouble reading in at least one of your count files.

The resolution could be as simple as checking the option to ignore headers or not on the tool form. Maybe check that first?
