DEseq2 input format problem

Can you please tell me how you solved the problem. I am facing same using Deseq.

The type of error the prior person had, along with the majority of questions about this tool, involved fixing one of these:

  1. Problem with the input count datasets (label format)
  2. Problem with the reference annotation (GTF mismatch or format problem)
  3. Mismatches between actual input content versus tool form settings (file has headers? , count/TMP type)
