Bos taurus 9 as reference genome for Hisat2

Hello

I am doing a transcript alignment with Hisat2 and noticed that Bos taurus 9 isn’t available with most tools. It’s available for Bowtie but not BWA-mem, Hisat2 or STAR which I think would be nice.

Edit: For FeatureCounts it would also be hihgly appreciated but I am not sure on if it is out of scope.

Would it be possible to get BosTau9 for STAR and FeatureCounts as well?

Star is done. Featurecounts does not need an index. Enjoy!
