I would like to use STARsolo with this reference genome GCF_000003025.6_Sscrofa11.1
Would it be possible to include this as a reference genome (including annotation)?
I see on the platform that it says “If your genome of interest is not listed, contact the Galaxy team (–genomeDir)”. I would be grateful for your help,

You can use the Custom Reference Genome function for your genome. This will work just like native server index that happens to be available.
